How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free on all orders, anywhere in South Africa, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Main centres usually receive their order 2–4 business days after dispatch; outlying areas 3–7 business days.
What do you sell online?
Grootman Energy Gold 500ml, in cases of 24 cans. Cases are the online format — single cans are available through retail stockists as we roll out.
How much caffeine is in a can?
32 mg per 100ml — 160 mg in a 500ml can. It is a high caffeine drink and should be consumed responsibly.
Who shouldn't drink Grootman Energy?
It is not recommended for children under 12, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.
Can I order in bulk for my business?
Yes. For wholesale, retail or venue supply, send a trade enquiry from the homepage or email jabu@grootmanenergy.com.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and instant EFT, processed securely through Shopify checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I return an order?
Yes. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded in full. Unopened goods can be returned within 7 days under the Consumer Protection Act.
