Delivery cost
Free on all orders, to all delivery addresses in South Africa. Delivery is included in the price you see at checkout.
Dispatch & delivery times
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing.
- Main centres: typically 2–4 business days from dispatch.
- Outlying and regional areas: typically 3–7 business days from dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Tracking
You'll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as you check out, and tracking details once your order leaves us.
Delivery addresses
We deliver to street addresses and business addresses across South Africa. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Please make sure someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery.
Damaged or missing deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days at jabu@grootmanenergy.com with your order number and we'll sort it out. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
