We collect the minimum we need to sell you a case of Grootman and keep you updated. Here's exactly what that means.
What we collect
- Orders: name, email, phone, delivery address and order details.
- Mailing list: your email address, when you sign up for launch and product news.
- Trade enquiries: business name, contact name, email, phone, city and your message.
- Site usage: basic technical data such as browser and pages viewed.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, respond to enquiries, send you news you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who processes it
Payments and order processing are handled by Shopify. Website form submissions are stored on our secure hosted database. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.
Your rights (POPIA)
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. Contact jabu@grootmanenergy.com.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as required by South African tax and consumer law, and marketing data until you unsubscribe.
