These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Grootman Energy.
1. Who we are
Grootman Energy sells and distributes Grootman Energy Gold energy drinks in South Africa. Contact: jabu@grootmanenergy.com.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract of sale comes into effect once we confirm your order and payment has cleared. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full — for example if stock is unavailable or a price was displayed in error.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on all orders. Payment is processed securely by Shopify; we do not store your card details.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed.
5. Returns
Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Product use
Grootman Energy Gold has a high caffeine content (32 mg/100ml). It is not recommended for children under 12, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Consume responsibly. Nutritional and ingredient information on this site is provided for convenience — always read the can label.
7. Intellectual property
The Grootman name, logo, artwork, photography and site content are owned by Grootman Energy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a purchase is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
